I'm Truong Giang (长江), with ~ 6 years of experience in high tech Manufacturing, including 4 years in semiconductor manufacturing environment (Backend process). I have solod knowledge in mechanical engineering(GD&T, 2D drawing) production metrics driven(OEE, AU...) continuous improvement, failure inspection(SEM, FTIR, XRD..), quality management (FMEA, 7QC tools..),data analysis and familiar with modern machinery. I'm passionate about the Hightech field, especially semiconductor manufacturing. Currently, I'm a Semiconductor Technology Project Engineer where I am contributing in setting up new fab. Participated in the semiconductor plant construction project including cleanroom facilities, key semiconductor manufacturing functions( etching, deposition and CP), material supply chain research Planned and executed projects: Conducted feasibility studies, proposed technology selection, researched and recommended equipment, defined and evaluated project requirements, and established project scope and deliverables. Monitored construction and setup processes, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality/technical standards. Collaborated with global semiconductor supply chain partners. Advised senior management on strategic directions for semiconductor industry development.
