The Resident Architect program centers around jointly scoped & prioritized projects that are discussed throughout contracting, scoping, and quarterly review processes and often center around driving greater value through the use of Sourcegraph within an organization. * Immersive, customized user and administrator enablement. * Advanced and custom Sourcegraph feature utilization. * Deeply technical initiatives utilizing Sourcegraph to accomplish organizational goals. * Technical joint success planning to partner in evaluating internal needs and priorities and identifying the role Sourcegraph can play in achieving them.
Develop and maintain DevSecOps pipelines for application builds and deployments. Onboard and train teams on OpenShift platform usage and best-practices.
Facilitated discussions with development teams to identify productivity roadblocks and design and implement solutions to identified issues. Recorded training material for use by developers across the IT division. Directly assisted with various proof-of-concept exercises and provided feedback to IT leadership.
Led a newly established development team in the design and implementation of several cross-team integrations. Mentored new developers as part of in-house training programs. Wrote unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reduce the need for manual testing.
Assisted customers with hardware and software troubleshooting over the phone, as well as deployed Windows XP and Vista clients to an Active Directory domain.
