As a Coach, Catalyst, and Thinking Partner, I empower individuals dedicated to making a positive impact, whether in the social impact or non-profit sectors tackling pressing global issues, fostering humane and inclusive environments within corporate settings, or working in innovative corporate contexts. I have a particular passion for unlocking the leadership potential in emerging leaders. I am convinced that an Afrocentric approach to leadership, emphasizing community, collective responsibility, and calling individuals to lead, can unlock the capabilities of many. By embracing this approach, I aim to nurture a new generation of leaders poised to create meaningful and sustainable change. With a proven track record of commitment to social change both within and outside of the work environment, my dedication to continuous learning and adaptability allows me to navigate changing requirements and operate in diverse contexts. I am also a CA(SA) with 10+ years of post-articles experience, known for my blend of creativity in problem-solving, humor in relationships, and analytical skills. I thrive in team-based collaborative environments where I can earn and create space for innovation. I apply these skills as fractional CFO and financial consulting with a particular focus on financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting.
As part of the Supertube facilitation team, I facilitate Supertube’s flagship AI Driver’s License programme an immersive learning experience that helps leaders and teams understand, embrace, and confidently apply AI in their real work. Supertube is an AI strategy, training and implementation consultancy that equips organisations to understand, embrace and embed AI quickly and responsibly.
