I’m a Senior People Operations and Benefits professional who loves turning complex HR challenges into thoughtful, people-centered solutions. I oversee global Total Rewards, Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, and Compliance, building systems that balance compliance, care, and innovation. I founded and was selected to serve as the Chairperson for the Mental Health Awareness Entrata Cares Group (similar to an Employee Resource Group) for 2024. In this voluntary role, I actively promoted DEI&B within our company and created a supportive and empowering community for individuals on their personal or supportive journeys through neurodiversity. My mission built a culture of empathy and understanding, reduced the stigma surrounding mental health, and promoted holistic wellbeing. Planned & led quarterly meetings/hang-outs, organized mental health events and webinars, and arranged community outreach efforts. In March of 2024, I received the Workplace Mental Health Bell Seal Award for Entrata from Mental Health America (MHA). The Bell Seal is a first-of-its-kind workplace mental health certification recognizing employers striving to create mentally healthy workplaces for their employees, in which only 1 in 4 employers meet the standards for the Bell Seal certification.
