      Representative matters include: - Counsel to mid and large sized privately held companies or their principals in cases of business divorce, partner takeovers, and petitions for judicial dissolution. - Counsel to a New York state public benefit authority and an international construction management firm in defense of alleged delays, inefficiencies and breaches of contract in the construction of a state-of-the-art convention center. - Counsel to global oncology pharmaceutical company, in prosecuting multi-million dollar claims of trade secret misappropriation, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract against a founding shareholder and a competitor. - Counsel to the residential section of one of New York City's most storied hotel properties in a complex utility and sub-metering case concerning electricity allocations. - Counsel to a national manufacturer of noise control products in defense of claims of false advertising and tortious interference with business relations, securing a settlement where the plaintiff abandoned all claims and the client paid no money. - Counsel to fashion designer in trademark litigation, successfully obtaining a permanent injunction barring a competitor from marketing and selling knock-off merchandise. - Counsel to national provider of pharmaceutical products to blood disorder patients, aggressively suing competitor to uphold client’s employment of competitor’s former employee, and successfully obtaining court order granting all claims.
