Making a daily routine machine check up for such as air filters, greasing / lubricate bearing points, maintaining machine oils at its workable level. Machine like, Wellbing 14 Station Blow Molding, SACMI Labeling machine, Wellbing Carton & Shrink Packer Machine, Wellbing Palletiser Machine, AF Air Compressor 40 bar, Wellbing Cooling Tower. Responsible in making maintenance shift schedules and overseeing the daily machine plant troubleshooting ( minor mechanical machine stoppage or breakdowns ). Doing machine corrective actions such as replacing worn out or damaged parts of conveyor rollers bearings, conveyor motor bearings, pump motor bearings, and drive shaft flange bearings. Responsible in making a periodic schedule of changing cavity parts of sizes 200 ml,and 330 ml, of Wellbing Blow Molding machine. Worked under pressure with time sensitive jobs, prioritized work and communicate well with all co-workers.

Machine like, Bird Stunner Machine, Hanger Line Conveyor, Scalding Machine, Primary Plucker Machine, Finisher Machine, Rotary Plucker Machine, Spin Chiller Machine, MAREL Weighing Machine, Snowkey Ice Maker and DL Ice Maker, Snowkey Cooling Tower. Oversee the daily machine plant troubleshooting ( minor mechanical machine stoppage or breakdowns ) and fabrication/welding repair. Responsible in doing machine corrective actions such as replacing worn out or damaged parts of conveyor corner roller bearing ,drive shaft flange bearings and pump motor bearing. Worked under pressure with time sensitive jobs, prioritized work and communicate well with all co-workers.
