Just graduated with an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas, will be joining Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant in July, 2026.
● Consults and collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where analytics solutions can make their processes more efficient. Projects include building PowerBI and Tableau dashboards to visualize data and drive insights, developing Python and Power Automate scripts to automate workflows, and writing custom complex SQL queries to capture data. ●Lead of the Data Insights and Analytics department's Tech Upskilling Program. On an annual basis, I survey department leadership to identify technical areas in need of development, review courses across multiple platforms and build a curriculum, and assign participants to cohorts. In addition to overseeing each cohort, I am teach the SQL and Power Bi dashboard development courses. ●Develops code in an inhouse language for the Federal Reserve's regulatory reports intake software. Works alongside stakeholders and testers to gather feedback and adjust the backend logic used to identify potential submission errors and outlier line items.
● Conducted regulatory review of the organizational structure of financial institutions. This involved processing annual and event specific FRS reports, interfacing with legal staff at banks to ensure their reporting is both sound and timely, and importing relevant data into the NIC database. ● Built and maintained Power BI dashboards that summarized banking structure trends at the national and institutional level. ● As a member of two technical workgroups, consulted with employees throughout the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco on how best address their business problems using SQL, Power Bi, and Power Automate. ● Developed a python application that analyzes the characteristics of a financial institution and produces the list of regulatory reports the entity is required to file.
● Resolved ad hoc analysis requests from product teams by querying large data sets with SQL, then cleaning and summarizing the results in Excel using PowerPivot, pivot tables, and charts. Requests include analyzing historic sales and forecasting the effects of price and commission rate changes. ● Built and updated PowerBi visualization Dashboards with custom DAX measures to highlight KPI and streamline trend investigation. ● Lead nine bi-monthly meetings between product teams and leadership where I gave Power Point presentations analyzing significant trends and facilitated inter department strategy discussion.
• Managed fare pricing strategies for over 250 domestic and international markets with annual revenue exceeding 2 billion dollars. • Queried and manipulated large data sets with SQL and conducted further analysis in Excel to determine new strategies and to review the effectiveness of ongoing initiatives. Projects included analyzing booking trends, monitoring competitor strategies, and responding to deviations from short and long term projections. • Summarizes actions and presents powerpoint slides in weekly meetings with the leadership of the department and company. • Generated Excel and Power BI reports to highlight potential revenue opportunities with visualization tools for the Strategic Pricing and Revenue Management teams.
