Managed the Operations of the Heritage Village: Proposed Annual CAPEX Budgets of the Island Operations and process for Business owners’ approval. This included Hotel Operations, Restaurant Operations, Supermarket, Horse Stable Operations and Beach / Barge / Logistics Operations. Update the execution of the approved FM OPEX / CAPEX annual budget to ensure the optimal level of expenses against profit. Oversaw the festive events held in the Islands and checked all its daily basic operations pertaining to: Guest Services, Pool and Recreational Facilities, Mini Supermarket and gaming facilities, Restaurant Outlets, Housekeeping, Building Maintenance and Beach Operations (Yacht and Jetski operations).
