Management of all Facilities Management and Asset Management systems for NEOM in Saudi Arabia. Document control and management, file management, drawing management, access management. Process and Policy control and creation Database Management: Create, update, and maintain a comprehensive database on ACONEX for AM/FM/PM Teams. Enforce document and version control procedures, manage revisions, and ensure compliance. Document Control: Implement and enforce document control and licensing procedures, manage revisions, and ensure compliance with standards. Update AM/FM/PM Team job descriptions. Audits and Compliance: Participate in regular audits, identify and rectify discrepancies, and ensure document management practices adhere to NEOM regulations. Communication: Maintain communication between AM/FM/PM functions, and act as a direct contact for SMP issues and contract renewals. Site and Security Support: Manage site access, security information, and transmittals for AM/FM/PM Teams and EFS contracted staff. Procurement and Supplies: Complete PPE supply and stock management, external procurement for PPE, SMP food vouchers, IT equipment, staff uniforms, individual needs items outside of standard catalogue. Training and Support: Train staff on Aconex, support CAFM and Quality Manager, and ensure compliance with international standards. Reporting and Analysis: Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Power BI, review KPI trackers, and assist with reviewing Quality Management Team support: focusing on quality management and control, reporting review and evaluation and handling Aconex-related duties and general correspondence. Collaboration: Work with various departments to gather and update documents, manage recruitment steps via email and SAP Ariba, and assist in operating the CAFM system.
Take-on and implementation of new datasets from clients into the CMDB and subsequent management of all CI’s. Creation of a complete Asset Management service as a new offering to clients. Expansion of the Configuration Management service to add value to the existing offering and create new revenue streams. Advise all clients on opportunities to help the automate inventory processes, renewals, tech refreshes, etc. to save money and improve forecasting. Document Control and Management via Remedy, SharePoint, Aconex and UCM.
