In my position as Business Developer at Bandtransport Europe, I contribute in customer-specific developments and the introduction of new products and processes within our organization, as well as within our customer base. Finding the right solution for our customer, or new tools to increase our quality and efficiency, are my main goals!
Having to operate at both purchase and sales was a challenge, but a real learnful experience. Knowing what is available and possible from our suppliers, and applying that knowledge towards our customers, has brought a lot of solutions and fun.
Multitasking within the company. From planning, workpreparation and manufacturing, to purchasing the parts and keeping the stock levels up, to checking the endproducts and shipping them.
