Pleo is a B2B SaaS Fintech helping companies simplify corporate spend. I co-lead a 50 person department in revops, owning GTM strategy and operations globally across full revenue lifecycle (acquisition, growth, retention), including AI GTM strategy and commercial enablement for sales / customer success / SDRs. I have built and led GTM programs including: customer segmentation, GTM orchestration, service model approach, value messaging, compensation design and sales playbooks. I also previously led product growth and market expansion at Pleo. Experience scaling through 2-3x growth.
