§ Prepare local cash disbursement report on a monthly basis, as needed § Code vendor invoice, process invoice approval procedure and prepare payment § Ensure the timely payment of supplier invoice within contractual terms. § Prepare and record monthly accruals with proper breakdown in each cost and the basis of accruals must be clearly written § Maintain local statutory accounting records and prepare local statutory financial report, as needed. § Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement of local bank account, as needed. § Other duties as required
