In addition to discussing cyber security best practices, GLEX focuses on the following activities: - Establishing a communication framework among participants based on mutual trust; - Facilitating information sharing, including threat intelligence, attack trends, and useful policies, standards and technologies; - Enhancing dialogue with policy makers, regulators and government organizations on cyber threats for fair, transparent and efficient markets; - Supporting improved defenses from both external and internal cyber-based threats against the markets.
Provision of technology solutions and services to clients in a broad range of industries. Services ranged from desktop support to network, server and directory design and implementation. Clients included Air Services Australia, AON Risk, Minolta Imagining, Neverfail Water.
Provided broad range of technology support accross the Illawarra based BHP / Bluescope sites. Involved understanding the various line of business applications and technology services.
Provided all technology support for the Novell / Lotus based network. Also provided first level support of various customer line of business applications. Involved working with international partners to develop comunication based on early IP / internet technology.
