Development of AI Policy, governance, and roadmap including pilot implementation of AI-based tools that support business needs and provide a clear Return on Investment.
Responsible for organizational Digital Transformation, and all of the digital infrastructure, business systems and digital services that support operations.
I work across numerous cross-functional branches in the HSN division, including Central Office and State and Territory offices. Significant process improvement activities are driving efficiency and effectiveness in an increasingly budget constrained environment. Current work in reviewing compliance frameworks and processes will assist in the establishment of a new Quality and Safety Commission.
