Singapore, Singapore
International commercial and general management executive with nearly 20 years’ experience building and scaling technology, payments and fintech businesses across APAC, Europe and North America. My background spans enterprise SaaS, payments infrastructure, merchant acquiring, local payment methods, cross-border commerce and regulated fintech environments, working closely with global merchants, PSPs, acquirers, banks, technology partners and regulators across international markets. I have extensive experience operating in complex matrixed organisations, aligning commercial, product, compliance, operations and partnership teams around long-term growth objectives, while acting as a senior regional representative with enterprise customers, industry stakeholders and regulators. A large part of my career has focused on helping international technology businesses scale across complex and highly regulated APAC markets. This has included leading regional strategy, regulatory engagement, commercial growth, multi-country operations and executive stakeholder management across Southeast Asia and Greater China, including deep experience working with PSPs, acquirers, enterprise merchants and China’s largest cross-border commerce platforms. I have also been closely involved in modernising go-to-market execution through the adoption of AI-enabled revenue intelligence, pipeline analytics and commercial operating frameworks designed to improve forecasting, sales productivity and strategic growth execution. What differentiates my background is the combination of regional GM leadership, regulated fintech experience, China and APAC market expertise, enterprise SaaS scaling and hands-on experience building and leading high-performance international teams through periods of rapid growth and transformation. I am particularly interested in the future intersection of AI, enterprise software, payments infrastructure and global digital commerce.
