Responsible for: - Administrative Support - Research and Organization of Company Materials - Account Support - Media Monitoring - Award Submissions
Organize and facilitate events and activities to promote resident engagement. Encourage interaction and communication among residents. Provide assistance and support to residents regarding personal, academic, and social issues. Act as a resource for campus services and programs. Mediate conflicts between residents and address any disputes or issues. Foster a positive living environment by promoting respect and understanding. Enforce university and residence hall policies and procedures. Address rule violations and manage disciplinary actions when necessary. Respond to emergencies and crisis situations, ensuring resident safety. Collaborate with campus security and other emergency services when needed. Conduct regular room inspections and maintain documentation of incidents or concerns. Manage administrative duties such as room assignments and check-ins/outs. Serve as a liaison between residents and residence hall staff or university administration. Share important information and updates with residents through meetings, emails, or bulletin boards. Attend regular training sessions and meetings with other RAs and supervisors. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
