Recruiting has been the heart of my career—but in the last few years, I've also stepped fully into HR leadership, helping companies not only find great people, but keep them, support them, and build cultures where they thrive. For over 30 years, I’ve been on the front lines of talent—from startups in their earliest stages to public companies scaling fast. I’ve led full-cycle recruiting, built HR policies and onboarding from scratch, coached leaders, and helped design workplaces where people genuinely want to show up every day. What’s always driven me is the human side of this work. As a recruiter, I’ve always believed that first impressions matter. We’re often the first voice someone hears, and how we treat them shapes how they see the company. As an HR leader, I carry that same responsibility—ensuring people feel seen, supported, and respected from day one to day 1,000. I’ve worked in high-growth environments, where priorities shift quickly and the only constant is change—and I love that. I thrive in chaos and clarity alike, bringing structure when needed and flexibility when it matters most.     ➢ Lead Recruiter to work closely with ULA to In-Source their IT Department (They had outsourced IT since its inception 11 years earlier) ➢ Created hiring plans for Enterprise Application roles (SAP Functional Consultants, SAP Development, Legacy applications etc),IT Security team (Security Analyst, Security Engineer) and executed on plan This included the full life cycle recruiting from Sourcing, interviewing, Scheduling, Advising hiring managers, negotiated salaries etc) ➢ Worked closely with the lead recruiter for Infrastructure- (Unix and Window Administrators and Engineers, Deskside candidates etc. ➢ Worked closely with PMO to hire advisory consultants to work with the IT team through the transition ➢ On boarded candidates as they came on for these contract to hire roles.
