I have been instrumental in supporting the Board of Directors in optimizing regional and country-specific labor laws, co-developing human resource trends, and serving as a key contact point for all new business projects. My responsibilities include managing all HR and administrative activities, such as hiring, training and development, and employee engagement. I also collaborate with the Operations Director and other key staff to develop staffing plans and control labor and administrative costs. | Achievement: Awarded as the Best Manager of the Year 2021.
