-End-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization -Generalist support for both Talent Recruitment (TR) and Talent Operations (TO) -Creates and manages dashboards, reports, and trackers to support hiring and HR operations -Knowledgeable in using Smartsheet for workflow management and data tracking -Provides support to HR Business Partners (HRBP) for day‑to‑day HR initiatives -Assists in corrective action processes and documentation -Supports employee engagement activities and initiatives
-Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating final hiring steps. -Identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networks, and other strategic sourcing methods. -Conduct initial HR screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. -Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and seamless scheduling. -Maintain accurate and updated candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). -Prepare job postings that effectively capture role requirements and attract the right talent. -Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen MicroSourcing’s market presence. -Collaborate with team members to streamline hiring processes and improve overall candidate experience.
