Prior to moving into higher education I served for 19 years as President of major non-profit agencies throughout Ohio. This involved reporting to a Board of Trustees on overseeing the operations of multiple lines of business for agencies covering several counties in major metropolitan service areas. I conducted management consulting to assist organizations with strategic planning, mission and vision setting, and board retreat facilitation. This has typically resulted in multi-year strategic plans for organizations growth and expansion.
