Our company, PIVA, partnered with Consumer Packaged Goods manufacturers and distributors based in Latin America with the goal of increasing the efficiency of their supply chain process through our technology solutions. We were an early stage company with a small team so my responsibilities were wide-ranging, but my primary focus was on building and shaping the products we offer our partners. Sold PIVA to a competitor after ~6 months on the ground.
