As a Ramp Agent and Supervisor at Sacramento International Airport, I played a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operations of ground services for aircraft. My responsibilities included: • Aircraft Handling: Expertly pushed and towed aircraft to and from gates ensuring precise and timely movements. • Safety and Compliance: Received extensive training in TSA and customs policies, as well as state and federal aviation laws, ensuring all operations adhered to stringent safety and regulatory standards. • Team Leadership: Supervised a team of ramp agents, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high performance. • Problem-Solving: Addressed and resolved any operational issues that arose on the ramp, ensuring minimal disruption to flight schedules.

Produced, directed, and orchestrated educational projects for California Waste Recovery Systems. This included establishing a partnership with Amcor Management, coordinating with Sacramento County Supervisor Nottoli of District 5, working with Amcor's plant manager's colleagues at the facility, and managing the financial costs to deliver a professional-grade product effectively. In addition to this project, I worked as a script editor revising the California Senate Bill 1383 appropriate for commercial services and creating an instructional library for their clients
