Global Talent Acquisition Operations leader focused on recruitment analytics, hiring strategy, and recruiting technology. My scope has progressively expanded from regional talent operations across North America (NORAM), to supporting Americas-wide recruiting operations, and now to global talent acquisition operations. Along the way, I’ve taken on international assignments in the Netherlands and France, partnering with global teams to scale hiring strategy, analytics, and recruiting infrastructure across multiple markets. • Operations support for North America and EMEA Talent Acquisition Teams • Coordinate and lead new hire onboarding process from offer to first day (initiate background checks, export license and work authorization if needed) and ensure candidate onboarding experience is top notch across all hire types (including C level executives) • Support recruiters with tasks including offer letter generation, relocation submissions and candidate interview coordination • ATS subject matter expert, to provide excellent support to our talent acquisition team, as well as our hiring managers • Track and organize various weekly/monthly reports to support the business • Implement new ideas and solutions including ramping up the LinkedIn Life page and reviewing analytics, while researching and finding other best practices for future projects • Manage the training and onboarding of new coordinators, including direct supervision of a new team member for 3 months prior to departure
