About

I am a quality and process professional with extensive experience operating in regulated and complex environments. My career developed within regulated laboratory settings and quality leadership roles, where I built a strong foundation in quality management systems, audit readiness, non-conformance investigation, CAPA oversight and risk based decision making. I am comfortable owning and maintaining structured frameworks that ensure consistency, traceability and accountability across teams and processes. More recently I have applied this same governance mindset within digital and operational environments, supporting system oversight, documentation integrity and controlled changed within a regulated organisation. I work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping organisations maintain clear standards, manage risk and strengthen quality systems without unnecessary complexity. I’m motivated by roles that focus on quality system ownership, compliance governance and structured operational excellence within stable, regulated environments.
