I am a consultant in the luxury real estate market with long experience in high end property transactions and investments. My work ranges from negotiation and marketing to advising on construction, interior design and overall investment strategy. Over the years I have been involved in villa builds, apartment renovations and flipping projects which helped me develop a sharp eye for quality, value and potential. I put a lot of importance on trust and communication. I listen, I understand what clients really want and I stay close to them throughout the process. Outside of work I enjoy gourmet cuisine especially Japanese and Italian. I travel often, ski every year and train at the gym. I am a member of a shooting club and have a long interest in Bushido and Samurai culture which shaped my focus on discipline, detail and respect. Family is at the center of my life. I have a strong bond with my wife, my son and my stepdaughter. My background is a mix of South African Anglo Saxon heritage and Italian roots from Lake Como. I have lived in Mallorca for many years but enjoy time in Milan, Switzerland and Dubai. When it comes to investments I look for stability and real world value. I avoid speculative markets and prefer tangible assets backed by careful research and experience.

Introduce buyers to property professionals, such as lawyers and financial advisers, who can provide legal or mortgage services. Keep buyers informed, letting them know when sellers have accepted their offer and updating them on the progress of negotiations and contracts. Help owners sell their homes, prepare brochures, advertisements and website content. Advertise in the property pages of local newspapers and online. Mail or e-mail details to buyers who have registered with our company. Contact prospective buyers directly if a property for sale matches their requirements. Advise buyers on prices and discuss offers with them, acting as mediators between buyer and seller in price negotiations.
