My experience in customer service over the last 15 years has allowed me understand what a customer expects from a brand. Whether it be working with TUI meeting the customer face to face or working in a high-volume call centre, I have learnt to deliver excellent results to the very highest standard. I have received numerous positive twitter feedback from clients which was hugely beneficial to easyJet who have over fifty million followers on twitter. Good customer service can become free advertising for large companies when time and training is invested in their staff.
