I am the Vice President, Managing Director of an indusatry leading brand, lululemon. I oversee Retail, Eccomerce, Store Support Centre and Distribution Centre. I oversee the lululemon organization across Australia and New Zealand, including 45 Retail locations, Ecommerce business, Head Office and Distribution Centre. Accountable for People experience, Product strategies, Brand expression, Real Estate portfolio and overall Operations of all business functions.
Overseeing all retail operations for Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan, while driving all aspects of store performance, community strategies and cultivating company culture. - Grow and drive HMT store and OMNI performance (3-5 year strategy) - Responsible for key financial metrics instore by driving top line and bottom line performance and growth - Ensure all retail, brand, people and financial operating principles are executed consistently in all stores - Portfolio growth and management - Partner and collaborate with the support centre team to drive performance, execute strategies and innovate across all areas of the business
