Consultant advisor to Amgen on Real Estate strategy and portfolio management in the International Region, Europe and ME&A.
1.) Responsible for managing physical portfolio in International Region (incl. EME&A). 2.) Work includes establishment of new sites, expansion / improvement of existing portfolio
Responsible for managing the design, construction and close out of major capital construction projects in support of Amgens expansion in International Region (incl EME&A)
1. Associate Director with particular responsibility for project management, project co-ordination and contract administration. 2. Wide experience working on healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech and R&D projects in both the UK and overseas with particular emphasis on both complex highly serviced buildings and those utilising fast track construction methods. 3.Experienced in managing the interface between the Client and the Design Team disciplines in formulating and preparing the design brief. Co-ordinating the activities of the design and validation team at concept and detailed design stage to ensure compliance with the design brief, including the implementation of design qualification and value engineering reviews
