Somewhere beyond the stars an alien civilization faces a threat to life as they know it. But only Jack Ransom, a nerdy tech who accidentally teleported through a blackhole to Alpha Centauri, can see into the future. One girl out of millions of galaxies calls out to Jack, leading him to an intergalactic gang holding killer satellites hostage. Total destruction is brewing unless he can find out who hijacked the magnetic field and why. Walking a tightrope between his Earth autism, alien rebel forces, and a secret power burning inside —the odds aren’t in his favor. But in space, there are no rules, and one man can change the fate of the planet.
As a Project Manager, I was managing, monitoring, building, and recruiting content creators for product testing opportunities for new products at Meta / Facebook. Working with Product stakeholders for flights with products developing monetized content. Partnering with the Product department's roadmap for new project pipelines. My most recent project was announced by Mark Zuckerberg. Collaborating extensively with cross-functional partners such as Product Marketing, Marketing Science, and Data Science teams to scope test design requirements, manage test launches, test monitoring, analysis and overall seamless test execution for new products released on Facebook. Program managing tests & project managing test flights with content creators, designing exit criteria. Coordinating swift, and efficient testing, interviewing creators to determine product launch feasibility. Developing read outs - analyzing potential errors and presenting retrospectives on the work done. Integrating feedback into future-mapping product strategies based on patterns detected in Alpha and Beta test groups. Then determine if the product is ship ready. Representing the voice of the customer, Facebook content creators, and diving deeper into the metrics and looking at what Meta needs and doesn't need and driving where the company is going from a product standpoint. Communicating across audiences, effectively understanding and utilizing escalation paths, and updating stakeholders including liaising with internal cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues that arise during testing Facilitating meetings, discussions and document project status where key decisions are made. Staying accountable for driving delivery of multiple 1-6 month long projects from start to finish
Life is insane enough and then you have aliens. Twenty-four hours ago Jack Ransom became one of the first people to walk on an asteroid. Now, he’s sure he’ll be the first to get killed there. He never expected to wake up in a Mercedes-Benz flying above the clouds. And unfortunately for him, Ransom is catapulted into the intrigues of a world that threatens the freedom of everything he holds dear.
