As my experiences vary, my work ethic is highly adaptable and consistent. I have a heart of passion and feet for exploration. My academic background highlights my interest in nursing and health, specifically community health and youth empowerment. I love to critically think about the environments that mold and challenge our society. My aspirations include creating enrichment opportunities for BIPOC people, specifically children and young adults. I want to provide preventative health measure and life skills that individuals can adapt and use in the future.
- Engage teenage youth twice a week in Achievers’ programming such as financial literacy training, career development, and social emotional learning - Spearheaded basketball and flag football practices for youth between ages 3-12 years of age. Created age-appropriate curriculum and skill-building drills to enhance foundational learning and love of sports.

The Alumni/Parent Liaison joins the Executive Director and High School Program coordinator to develop and grow our alumni database, engage alumni with programs and events and organize our parents to help support their youth in IM programming. Responsibilities include: - reach recruitment and outreach targets - build the database for the organization's alumni and parents - Develop, plan, and facilitate parent meetings, fundraisers, and alumni events - Build an intentional community with parents and alumni to inform our work and expand our reach
The Program Coordinator position is essential in creating a sustainable program model and ensuring the efficacy of TGP health promotion programs. Program Coordinator(s) are the closest touch point with community members, schools, and community partners.
