Using SAP, I’ve streamlined processes for purchase order management, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination, allowing for better operational planning. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate supply chain risks and proactively resolve disruptions. My early career at Ajinomoto Vietnam provided me with hands-on experience in financial operations, accounts receivable, and sales tracking. Here, I developed a meticulous approach to data analysis, financial reporting, and vendor reconciliation, ensuring accuracy in daily financial activities. Working closely with warehouse staff and branch teams, I learned the importance of clear communication and collaboration in financial operations. One of my key responsibilities was to track sales turnover and monitor promotional campaigns, allowing the business to make informed financial decisions. I also improved tracking of accounts receivable, accelerating payment collections and improving cash flow.
