I am a Software Engineer at T-Mobile and a graduate student at the University of York in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence. At T-Mobile, I create internal tools and code for telecommunications automation on 5G packet core nodes. I have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bellevue College, and I have earned multiple certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, and Amazon Web Services. In my current role, I have co-developed and deployed a Flask REST API that enables cross-team and cross-domain usage of various automation, projects, and data reporting initiatives. I have also contributed to the testing and fine-tuning of 4+5G network function systems such as Cisco PCF, Cisco PCRF, Nokia MME, Nokia NEF, Nokia NRF, and Nokia SMSF, using tools such as Perfecto and Spirent Landslide. Previously, I assisted in the 5G infrastructure rollout finalization and the testing and improvement of 4G-LTE maintenance for the US region. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems.
Developed, deployed, and maintained internal Flask REST API for implementing multiple internal tools for cross-team/domain usage in various automation, projects, and data reporting initiatives. This includes managing the GitLab repository, CICT deployment processes on GitLab, Docker Container maintenance and settings development, reliability testing mechanisms using Bash on Linux, and security responsibilities associated with this internal service. Continued and co-developed Python-based Robot Framework automation for testing 5G network function systems with the additions of MME and NEF using tools such as Netscout nGenius nSA, Perfecto Spirent Landslide, and Wireshark.
Created Python-based Robot Framework automation and basic CLI interface tools using C# for testing 5G network function systems such as Cisco PCF, Nokia NRF, and Nokia SMSF.
Obtained knowledge of 5G and 4G-LTE mobile standards/network protocols, industrial network interface testing, and business policy enforcement testing on mobile networks. Implemented software upgrades and fine-tuning network configuration changes on Cisco telecommunication enterprise products to increase customer experience and business revenue. Worked on the automation of PCRF and PCF regression testing alongside its application to test improvements to business logic enforcement on T-Mobile's 4G LTE network and its then-upcoming 5G deployment launch, respectively.
Assisted, consulted, and resolved technical technology-related challenges for students, faculty members, and administrative staff. This role included ticket management, remote desktop supporting clients, streamlining technical requests to technicians, re-imaging computers, and assisting in installing various programs.
Provided accurate information and product measurements on Microsoft Excel spreadsheets prior to website uploading by the manager.
Assisted client of Robert Half with inventory management, shipping, and testing of products prior to selling.
