As someone who has been involved with and learning IT for over a decade, I bring a wealth of networking, systems infrastructure and DevOps knowledge to the table. I am intimately familiar with several verticals, including enterprise routing/switching, service provider networking, security, datacenter networking, Windows/Linux systems management, infrastructure as code deployments, and much, much more! As a CBT Nuggets trainer, I have the opportunity to help thousands of IT professionals globally with a wide variety of backgrounds by creating and delivering world-class video-based training surrounding IT infrastructure concepts at the beginner, intermediate, and advanced/senior levels! * Produce 100+ hours of educational content, ranging from entry to expert level, influencing the design and implementation of Cisco, VMware, Juniper, Microsoft, and other technologies across large enterprise/SP/DC environments by combining video, text, labs, and other modes of learning * Lead the entire course/content creation process, alone or in collaboration with other instructors, including curriculum planning, recording, creating demos/proof-of-concept labs and supplemental resources, post-production activities, and resolving technical/production problems * Reach and engage a global audience of 10,000+ network/systems engineers, garnering 100+ likes and extensive positive feedback from customers and internal stakeholders * Review select content produced by other instructors to identify technical inaccuracies, presentation errors, and other bugs/glitches to help maximize learning efficacy across the entire learning catalog * Collaborate with other instructors and product/project managers across departments to coordinate course structure/timelines and align training with relevant technical/business trends * Assist customer-facing staff (i.e., customer service/marketing) as a subject-matter expert for networking/systems infrastructure topics by addressing customer concerns related to the product/content and ensuring technical accuracy, maximizing customer satisfaction * Cultivate goodwill and trust internally and within the broader technical community by actively learning new technological advancements and sharing that knowledge
