Hiep Phuoc, HCMC Branch (CALOFIC) Address: Lot C21, Hiep Phuoc IP, Nha Be District, HCMC Products: Cooking oil (Neptune, Simply, Meizan, Cai Lan…), and bakery fats (Margarine, Shortening, …) Title: Section head of oils product Tasks: Be responsible for oils process: Coordinate all manufacturing activities for smooth operation, continue improve production process to meet production target Coordinate with production planning, engineering, quality control, ware house, Industrial end user (IEU) in order to achieve company quality standard, customer demand and delivery schedule Coordinate with operation planning for reasonable inventory, oversee production plan and adjustment. Ensure Hygiene, food safety, labor safety and regulation are strictly following. Coordinate with R&D, engineering, operation planning, quality control in order to implement new project in factory. Accomplish cost saving by process improvement, automation, man power reduction, energy saving Control production plan and plant’s utilization, KPI, PPI… Control all production report (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly report…) Be responsible for maintenance section: Plan maintenance schedule Contact supplier or expert to solve all technical difficulties Be in charge in researching and development system Be responsible for mini project: Be in charged in improving and maintenance project, including contacting with expert or contractor, arrange manpower, material to ensure project following times line Achievement : Increase plant capacity from 550Ton/day to 620 Ton/day by modify a small part of oils process Reduce 10% chemical and utility usage in oils process Report to Production manager
