Responsibilities include but are not limited to the management and maintenance of power and control systems within the petrochemical industry. Plant reliability and equipment availability are established through the analysis, design integration and implementation of proposed engineering solutions(plant modifications) within the existing framework. Submission deliverables include : Electrical diagrams, Loop diagrams, Management of change documentation(MOC), Maintenance procedures, Budget forecasts, Monthly expenditure reports and Improvement proposals.
Analysed the use of Computerised Maintenance Manangement Systems in the tracking of active maintenance on the client's offshore assets, with focus on reliability satisfaction through rework reduction.
My NMWG tenure was structured as set rotations where I learned key skills in the areas of Project Management (Turn-around Department), Engineering Design (E&I Departments) and Plant Maintenance (Atlas and Titan Plants) by the provision of project management and engineering services to clients such as BP, Repsol and Methanex.
