• Led the successful opening of a 50,000 sq. ft. headquarters and decommissioning of a 63,000 sq. ft. office, overseeing space planning, vendor coordination, timelines, and operational readiness. • Built and scaled the Workplace Experience function by hiring, training, and managing two team members, along with barista and janitorial staff, to support a high-traffic corporate HQ. • Established SOPs, systems, service standards, and SLAs across workplace operations, ensuring consistent, efficient, and high-quality support for employees and leadership. • Designed and executed employee experience programs and events, supporting internal engagement, executive visits, and large-scale meetings for 10–250+ attendees.
• Oversaw workplace operations for two offices totaling 33,000+ sq. ft., managing facilities, security, vendors, food & beverage programs, and technical equipment. • Hired, trained, and managed Workplace Managers across multiple locations, providing coaching, performance feedback, and leadership development. • Led a major office buildout and expansion, partnering with general contractors, architects, and designers to deliver a functional, high-performing workspace. • Partnered with People Operations to onboard 60+ employees through structured workplace orientations, desk setups, office tours, and mentoring support. • Led global workplace projects to expand Jira ticketing, implement real-time employee feedback tools, and establish vendor KPIs to improve service quality and accountability.
