Lead 2 business sales units within the Commercial Bank; Madison Commercial Banking and Cash Management/Treasury Management. Manage and grow client portfolio in excess of $125MM. Portfolio comprised of Commercial Real Estate, Student Housing, Multi-family, Warehouse/Distribution, Retail and Office. Represent bank in Madison market at various charity and community events. Mentor and coach team through closing of complex loan transactions with various alternative financing sources. Specialties include Construction financing, Swap transactions, Participations, transactions involving TIF and other alternative funding sources.
Plan, direct and evaluate commercial loan origination, business development, and sales production within a designated Region. Mentor and coach Relationship Managers in origination and structuring of transactions to build client relationships while increasing commercial revenue. Administer AnchorBank personnel policy within the region.
Responsible for loan preparation, evaluation, processing and successful closing of of 1-4 unit properties. Counsel customers and answer inquiries regarding mortgage loan interest rates, terms and programs being offered by AnchorBank. Responsible for the solicitation and maintenance of business contact and the cross-selling of AnchorBank and Anchor Investment services to mortgage loan customers.
