o Lead the Die Shop and Extrusion Department, overseeing a combined team of 25+ personnel, including 4 die technicians and 20+ extrusion operators across 2 press lines and 2–3 shifts o Ensure die availability, reliability, and performance to support continuous and efficient production o Manage end-to-end extrusion operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery o Monitor and control departmental budgets, identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities o Track and analyse KPIs related to production, tool performance, quality, and safety to drive data-informed decisions o Foster a strong team culture by coaching, developing, and engaging staff at all levels to enhance performance
o Responsible for Ford Ranger and VW Amarok industrial production line set-up o CAPEX and Variable Cost Margin management o Machine, Process and Tool readiness management o Layout and Process Conformity definition and implementation o Supplier and Tooling engineer coordination
o Responsible for BMW iX and BMW 7th series new program in plant o Lead the Plant Launch Team to reach industrial readiness milestone o Layout definition, Design and process follow-up, Plant trials and Ramp-up o Production Launch management o Launch budget and Variable Cost Margin adherence management
o Process support for turbine blades industrialisation projects o Turbine blades design and manufacturing o Tooling design and project coordination o CAD applications development and stewardship o PLM configuration management
