About

I'm a global human resources executive with 20+ years of experience driving transformation across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and the U.S. My work spans Fortune 100 firms, PE-backed ventures, and sovereign-owned enterprises—where I’ve led talent strategies that enable organizational growth, cultural integration, and business turnarounds. Most recently, I served as VP of HR for TD SYNNEX in Asia Pacific & Japan. There, I helped steer the organization through a period of intense change, including the acquisition of a key competitor, a public-to-private transition under Apollo Global Management, and a $7.2B merger that created the world’s largest IT distributor. Throughout, I focused on aligning people strategy to drive performance and scalability in one of the world's fastest-growing regions. Before TD SYNNEX, I led global talent acquisition and development at Pall Corporation and oversaw HR for Asia Pacific during its integration into Danaher. I’ve also held transformation-focused HR roles with Tawazun in the UAE, a sovereign-linked industrial firm, and with 3G Capital, where I supported the turnaround of their Burger King franchise in Asia Pacific. Earlier in my career, I served as SVP of HR for MasterCard’s APMEA region and held executive roles at Ingram Micro across both EMEA and APAC—leading the people side of Ingram’s largest-ever acquisition in APAC. I built my foundation in HR at Honeywell and AlliedSignal after earlier work in operations, marketing, and customer service. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, I served as an aviation radar technician and instructor. My leadership style was shaped by that experience—grounded, mission-focused, and team-driven. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Luther College and a master’s in industrial relations from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota. I’m also an enthusiastic traveler (50+ countries) and competitive distance runner. Above all, I’m energized by helping businesses grow through people—developing leaders, building resilient teams, and creating cultures that thrive in complexity.
