• Project: Develop process to reduce the Benelux supplier base following the Philips Quality Management System PQMS. Results: The project led to the establishment of more structured and organized supplier base with 20 percent reduction in the number of the suppliers. • Supported daily operations in the department (to onboard new suppliers based on PQMS and to prepare saving and spend report)
