As the Chief People Brand & Communications Officer at Storebrand, I have been leading the human resources strategy and operations for the past 10 years, supporting the company's vision of being a leading provider of long-term savings and insurance solutions in the Nordic region. I am also a board member at SKAGEN Funds and VOXT, where I contribute to the governance and oversight of these businesses. I have over 25 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on performance management, diversity and inclusion, organizational design, and coaching. I have a strong passion for developing people and teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity, and enabling business growth and transformation. I have a master's degree in law from the University of Oslo and the University of Bologna, and I speak English, Italian, and Scandinavian languages.
With a local presence across the Nordics and extensive experience in sustainability integration, Storebrand Real Estate invests and provides property management services in the commercial, institutional and residential segments.
