Spearheaded the design and rollout of a U-shaped continental corridor connecting Kalalé (Benin), Uyo (Nigeria), and Boutti (Cameroon). Developed and implemented land acquisition and compensation frameworks adopted by regional authorities. Oversaw the planning of multi-modal estate hubs, integrating residential, commercial, and logistics infrastructure. Led the design of load movement trolley systems and cargo stopover bays for efficient goods handling. Built strategic alliances with international investors, state ministries, and local communities.
Managed real estate development projects in Lagos and Ogun States. Delivered over 100 housing units and 3 commercial plazas. Introduced early-stage modular construction techniques for cost-effective delivery.
