    At my current employer, I hold the responsibility as Global Quote-to-Cash Process Manager with the goal of reducing the duration of the cash conversion cycle, which my teams in Customer Service and Sales Back Office have achieved very successfully. Due to the implementation of a so called frozen zone concept when it comes to scheduling of a customer order in production both inventories of finished products as well as dwell times could be significantly reduced.
