Torsten is the Technology Integration Specialist for a private school called: Wichern-Schule in Hamburg Germany. He is currently turning grades 7 and up into a 1-1 school.     My main focus in teaching is Computer Science in grades 8-12, from introductory courses to college level classes. I am also certified for and actively teaching Math and Chemistry in those grades. I have taken the roles of Lead Teacher in Computer Science as well as Technology Integrator. While I oversee the IT planning and deployment, my main focus here is the integration of technology into the curriculum and the day to day teaching in meaningful ways. In this field I have taught a number of workshops and given talks to teachers as well as principals.
