Heading Trade Republic’s Wealth product and business vertical. The Wealth team runs Trade Republic’s brokerage and trading business, covering the asset classes stocks, ETFs, crypto and derivatives. Leading a cross-functional team of 50+ FTE split into 5 sub-teams consisting of product managers, designers, engineering managers, mobile & backend engineers and product ops managers.
Led and built up Trade Republic’s strategy & business development team. Joined as an early hire and worked on various strategic initiatives such as negotiating new partnerships, establishing and staffing new functions, fundraising, and shaping product strategy.
Core member of BCG's Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) ringfence. I conducted 20+ commercial due diligences and portfolio projects with a focus on companies in the software and tech industry.
