Zalando is Europe’s leading online platform for fashion and lifestyle, representing the gold standard in modern e-commerce. While widely known as a consumer brand, Zalando has evolved into a massive B2B ecosystem, offering fulfillment and marketing solutions to thousands of brand partners. - Built Zalando Plus from scratch as lead product manager with an interdiscipinary team, scaling the membership program across Germany and expanding it into three additional countries. Zalando Plus is designed to deepen relationships with high-value customers and back then contributed to over 10% of the GMV in the German market, with members showing a consistently higher NPS. My responsibilities included defining the product roadmap, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and ensuring seamless integration within the main fashion store. I focused on iterating existing benefits while testing and launching new features based on a combination of qualitative customer feedback and quantitative data. - Improving existing and launching several new customer facing products in the fashion store on premises such as home, catalog, wishlist, user account and return flow. Working along the whole product lifecycle starting with discovery, creating a vision and defining priorities to execution and thereby e.g. tripled the wishlist usage. Have been on a three month full time design thinking project with IDEO, the design thinking company, to define the fashion store strategy - Hired to take over product management for Emeza.com one of the Zalando verticals for luxury fashion. Scaled it to 12 european countries within only 3 month. Improving the customer experience along the entire customer journey including onsite experience, payment and logistics.
