Interned with the Social Video Discovery Team in the Video Organization. Developed a feature for the Android platform of the Facebook app in stock Android and Litho using an event driven architecture pattern. Implemented the server side support for the feature using PHP and Hack.
Developed an internal tool using JavaScript, Angular 2, Java, HTML, and CSS. Interned with the pricing systems team, which is a part of merchandising IT services. Coded the full stack project designed around the team's discovery process as well as technical design documents and feedback from The Home Depot’s business partners. Created business value for department merchants by accelerating promotion and retail price validations by 400% through direct interactions with five unique RESTful APIs through Node.js Express servers. Worked directly with the User Experience team to deliver an intuitive, user-friendly application.
Developed an application to automatically populate investors consolidated reports for our clients that include all commercial real estate properties in which they are invested. Formed financial models used during the acquisitions of five commercial properties valued at $220M in total. Audited operating agreements and subscription agreements to ensure legal compliance. Completed cash builds for properties and computed surplus cash, distributions, and residual receipts. Prepared fund information packets and equity offerings for potential investors.
