Tori has spent more than a decade focusing on international trade, the economic impacts of tariff and non-tariff barriers on American businesses and consumers, and the intersection of trade and broader international economic policy. Her specific areas of expertise include domestic content requirements, trade laws that extend tariff authority to the executive branch, and trade agreements. She also has expertise in digital services taxes, international tax, and domestic tax policy. Tori has appeared on a wide range of media outlets, including CNBC Power Lunch, Fox News, Fox Business, and BBC, and her work has been published in media outlets including The Hill, The Washington Times, The Chicago Tribune, and The Detroit News. A native Michigander, Tori holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Michigan State University’s James Madison Residential College. She also holds a master’s degree in International Commerce and Policy with a concentration in Global Finance, Investment and Trade from George Mason University.
