Manage Supply Chain solutions for the Americas and ensure the Americas fulfillment strategy, which involves factory direct shipments, local distribution centers as well as customized VMI solutions for strategic customers. Lead cross functional team to manage Sign-off S&OP volume/value, risks and opportunities. Ensure business has a clear understanding of our product supply chain conditions in terms of total channel inventory, lead times, swap lead-times, flexibility and component and production cost drivers.
