    Worked as Change Manager in a PMO to do implementation of remarketing tool (ERP solution, SaaS delivered, provided by Cox Automotive, supplied by RMS Automotive and Modix) for international markets (DE, CH, IT, ES, AU, US, CA). Deploying and implementing a wholesale/retail software worldwide to take control of the car management from factory order, tracking while company/rental car, resell to Volvo dealers and support of sales to end customer. This to manage residual value of cars and host normally external services in-house for increased profitability and control of brand management and profitability. Business intelligence data was presented with an interactive dashboard that allowed drilled down in data details this while still having access to original data sources. The work required extensive change management, identifying and implementing new processes with process management and process control. It also required to build international business relations and manage global team deliveries through onshore, nearshore and offshore resources this while facilitating a combination (Agile and waterfall) of methodologies. Tools used were Volvo specific but facilitated in Sharepoint. Work included: sales activities, on location customer facing workshops, business and process analysis. Management of implementation, product development, testing, error handling and handover to maintenance in ServiceNow. Work strategically and drive the implementation of the solution. The solution was integrated with external parties’ solution and migration of previous processes and solutions were necessary. Negotiations with business owners and CEO, internal and external 3rd party participants Country specific management also need to be managed before, during and after implementation in collaboration with business operations centrally at Volvo Cars Göteborg.
